A man made a laser cut wood sheath for a round knife. The inspiration for this project was the Joker from the Suicide Squad movie. He wanted to use the blade for the Jokers teeth and also secure the bladewith some leather straps. This project has 3 layers with the 2 layers being made of wood and the inside layer is made up of leather. The design was made using Adobe Illustrator and was also scaled byusing a ruler on a flat service.
